But be aware that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenue.scot\/land-buildings-transaction-tax\/guidance\/calculating-tax-rates-and-bands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Scotland<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/funding\/fiscal-reform\/welsh-taxes\/land-transaction-tax\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wales<\/a>\u00a0have different rates and exemptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to work out what you owe in Stamp Duty? This requirement came into place in April 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
