If you work from home, you can register your home address or get a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/limited-company-formation\/company-address\">company address<\/a>.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Details of directors and secretary<\/strong>: You\u2019ll need to provide the personal details of all directors and the company secretary if you have one. This includes full names, residential addresses, and dates of birth.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statement of capital:<\/strong> This details the company\u2019s share structure, including the number of shares issued, their value, and the rights attached to each share. If you\u2019re registering online, the online application will include this.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Identify people with significant control (PSC):<\/strong> This confirms who has control over your company. Typically, this includes people who own more than 25% of the shares or voting rights. Pay by card or PayPal. Your company is normally registered within 24 hours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re registering by post, the cost is \u00a371 and you\u2019ll need to pay by cheque.
