If you&#8217;re the person actually doing the work, making decisions, and keeping things running smoothly, then you might want to consider an executive director position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-executive director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A non-executive director (NED) isn\u2019t involved in daily operations. Instead, they provide strategic advice and oversee operations, but typically don\u2019t get involved in the company\u2019s day-to-day activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing director<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is typically the most senior executive director.
