When can I start filing my 2021 return online?
In Spain, the online filing for tax returns begins on the 6th of April.
If you wish to use other methods for filing, the dates vary:
By phone: From May 5.
In person: From June 1.
The deadline for all cases is the 30th of June; with the exception of taxpayers eligible for a tax refund and those wishing to directly debit the amount; in this case, the deadline is June 27th.
